• Creating complex development budgets, pro formas and valuation models, then drawing conclusions regarding the type of financing available and summarizing findings in an investment/financing memorandum for presentation to debt and/or equity investors;

• Gather and analyze market data including rental and sales comparables, vacancy rates, and expense comparables through independent fieldwork and direct contact with brokers, appraisers and developers;

• Research tenants and their financials online and summarize findings;
